Lenovys ATRED: A Digital Transformation
UX/UI design for Lenovys' new web app: ATRED, which fully digitizes the ATRED methodology, overcoming the limitations of Excel spreadsheets. It provides a customized, collaborative environment with differentiated access levels, along with generation of statistics, comparisons, and trends.
Context
“Attività, Tempo, Riduci, Elimina, Delega”: ATRED is one of Lenovys’ core methods, based on lean lifestyle principles, which they teach enterprises and businesspeople to improve work-life balance and increase results while reducing time spent working.
Problem
When Lenovys approached us, they were running a successful time-management and lean-lifestyle coaching business entirely in-house, on a patchwork of spreadsheets and charts. The real challenge wasn’t just moving that process online — it was telling apart which parts of the workflow were foundational to the method itself, and which were only shaped that way because Excel forced them to be.
The app
The goal was clear: separate what the method actually needs from what Excel forced it into.
I led the audit of Lenovys’ existing process, then rebuilt the user flows, mapping goals and needs across every step of the ATRED method — delivering a clean, elegant UI across desktop, tablet and mobile, with a collaborative environment, differentiated access levels, and generated statistics, comparisons and trends.
