Traent: building the Web3 hybrid blockchain ecosystem

Product definition, UX/UI and branding for the first production ready hybrid blockchain technology: a novel technical solution to obtain verifiable data immutability on private ledgers.

Context

Traent is a technology startup founded in 2019 to improve business interactions and process effectiveness through a proprietary Web3 platform.

Problem

Traent needed a complete technical and design partner to build something that had never existed before: a hybrid blockchain merging the transparency of public ledgers with the performance and control of private ones — real-time, high-volume, low-cost information exchange, with data that stays immutable and verifiable. There was no prior product to reference, no established UX pattern for it; the architecture and the interface had to be figured out together, from day one.

The WEB3 platform

I co-designed the technology architecture with Traent’s team, then led the entire UX, design system and UI for the platform’s core webapps and branding, translating a genuinely novel piece of infrastructure into something people could use without needing to understand blockchain to trust it.
