BASE Milano Magazine
Design of two editions of BASE Magazine, a foldable zine+poster featuring cool illustrations, events, news and ideas by BASE

Context
BASE Milano is a hybrid cultural space — a former industrial building turned into a living ecosystem — hosting exhibitions, performances, talks, workshops, residencies and coworking for artists, designers, researchers and innovators from around the world.
Every few months, BASE’s communication team prepared a foldable posterzine recapping all the events, activities, cultural projects, concerts and so much more happening across the BASE universe. Featuring a big poster illustrated by some of the most talented Italian artists on the outside, it served as a small agenda for upcoming events, a recap of what had happened, and a fantastic piece of art to stick on the wall.
The posterzine
I had the great pleasure of working on three issues of the magazine — though one of them unfortunately ran into a production problem, leading to its content being merged with the following issue. I hope to someday find the printed copies among my archive; until then, here’s to the digital renderings of it.
The cover image shows several past editions of the magazine in their final, folded format.
