"Attività, Tempo, Riduci, Elimina, Delega": the ATRED method, based on lean lifestyle methodologies, it one of the core tools that Lenovys teach enterprises and businessmen to improve their life-work balance and increase results, reducing time spent working.
When they approached us, the guys at Lenovys were running a successful business of time management and lean lifestyle coaching, all made in-house with the support of several spreadsheets and charts. They handled some of them and gave an overview of their process and goals.
We unmounted and analyzed their process, trying to understand which parts of it were forced by technology limits and which were foundational. We then rebuilt the user flows and mapped the goals and needs throughout the ATRED process, delivering the smoothest UX with a clean and elegant UI, working both on desktop, tablet and mobile.
